Conway Entrepreneur Helps Local Businesses Keep More of Their Money and Their Customers While Funding Local Causes

Grey Swan Capital opens a press page with two new programs: a no-cost Cash Recovery Analysis and CLAAS, Customer Loyalty as a Service

CONWAY, Ark. — November 5, 2026 — Steve Schroeder, founder and CEO of Conway-based Grey Swan Capital, is launching two programs for local business owners. The first, a Cash Recovery Analysis, helps owners find out whether they have money left on the table. The second, CLAAS, helps them earn customer loyalty. Both are built to send part of the value back to local causes. Full releases are now posted at https://www.greyswancapital.ai/press-releases

Keeping more money: the Cash Recovery Analysis

Grey Swan Capital works with Growth Management Group (GMG) to offer a Cash Recovery Analysis that shows whether a business may have missed tax credits and incentives. It takes about 60 seconds, and the initial review is at no cost.

Many owners already claim tax credits and incentives, but not always fully or correctly. Laws change often, and a business may not know every area that qualifies. GMG works directly with the owner’s CPA or tax advisor. The review is an evaluation, not a guarantee of savings or eligibility. Owners can start at https://gmg.me/activate/145371

Writers and publishers who cover business owners can share the same link. If tax savings are found for a reader who used it, the writer can choose a cause to receive 10% of those savings.

Keeping loyal customers: CLAAS

CLAAS (Customer Loyalty as a Service) lets partner merchants give paying Grey Swan members one free item. Merchants pay nothing, and each category gets one merchant. Staff scan a QR code on the member’s phone, and the member needs no app or account. Half of member subscriptions go to causes and to Arkansas’s Human Development Centers, including the Conway Human Development Center. Memberships start at $6 a month. Merchants can join at https://nostr-fundraising-perks.onrender.com/merchants/join

Schroeder has spent more than 20 years building loyalty systems. He says plainly that CLAAS is just getting ready and that building it has not been easy.

“This fits what I do through Grey Swan Capital: helping owners see what’s been sitting in front of them, then putting some of that value back into the community,” Schroeder said.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Grey Swan Capital Offers Business Owners a 60-Second Cash Recovery Analysis — and Invites Writers to Share It With a Cause Attached

CONWAY, Ark. — November 5, 2026 — Grey Swan Capital, working with Growth Management Group (GMG), is offering business owners a Cash Recovery Analysis to see whether tax credits and incentives may have been missed. The initial review takes about 60 seconds and is at no cost.

Many owners do claim tax credits and incentives, but not always correctly or fully. They miss areas that qualify, or they don’t know which areas qualify, and often their CPA doesn’t either, because the laws keep changing. Some have left other credits and deductions off entirely.

Owners can show the result to their CPA or tax advisor. GMG works directly with them. The review is an evaluation, not a guarantee of savings or eligibility.

The analysis is available at https://gmg.me/activate/145371

Steve Schroeder, Founder and CEO of Grey Swan Capital and a Senior Advisor with GMG, is also inviting the writers and publishers who cover business owners to share the same link. If their clients use it and tax savings are found, the writer can choose a cause to support and receive 10% of those savings. There is nothing for the writer or their clients to do but click the link.

“This fits what I do through Grey Swan Capital: helping owners see what’s been sitting in front of them, then putting some of that value back into the community,” Schroeder said.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Grey Swan Capital Launches CLAAS, a No-Cost Merchant Loyalty Program That Helps Fund Local Causes

CONWAY, Ark. — November 5, 2026 — Grey Swan Capital has launched CLAAS, or Customer Loyalty as a Service, a program that lets partner merchants offer a free item to paying Grey Swan members while half of member subscriptions go to causes and the Human Development Centers, including the Conway Human Development Center.

Merchants pay nothing to take part. There is one merchant per category. The merchant sets how often a perk can be redeemed. Staff scan a member’s QR code on their phone — no app, account, or sign-in for the member — and see either Approved or the reason it did not go through, then hand over the free item.

Paying Grey Swan members, starting at the Junior tier of $6 a month, receive the perks. Founders receive the most. Schroeder has the final say on how the program is applied.

The program draws on Schroeder’s more than 20 years of building and training loyalty systems. He is candid that CLAAS is just now getting ready, and that it has not been easy.

Merchants can join at https://nostr-fundraising-perks.onrender.com/merchants/join

Free calls or consulting are available at https://nostr-fundraising-perks.onrender.com/merchants/consult

“Merchants get new loyal customers, members get a real perk, and a share of the subscriptions goes back to causes and the HDCs,” Schroeder said. “That is the kind of practical community story worth telling.”
